Refunds/Returns Policy

We stand behind our products.  We hope that you never have a problem with any of our products, but we're here to help if you do.

All products carry a 60-day refund policy from the date of purchase except for motion picture films. All refund requests should begin with e-mail or telephone communication to Aperture & Frequency.  All merchandise returned should include a copy of the written authorization (e-mail) or the date of the phone conversation.  Opened products or damaged products cannot be refunded without prior authorization. 

All returns must be received at Aperture & Frequency at the address below on or before the 60-day money-back guarantee expires.

If the customer paid for product with Paypal, a refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, to the Paypal account originally used for payment, within 30 days of the date of return. 

If a customer paid for product with a bank draft or check and then returns the product, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless the customer provides a copy of the paid bank draft or paid check from his or her financial institution. The customer will be issued a refund check if product is received within the 30-day money back guarantee and the check or bank draft for the original purchase has cleared.

Items received after the 60-day money-back guarantee are NON-refundable.
